There can be some bad customers, but I never really had any of these issues myself. Of course when I moved from residential to commercial my customers knew their stuff and didn't play around either.

that reminds me. I have my commercial A/B CA drivers license with passenger endorsemnt. Most clients these days just want to meet you at the property so I don't seem to drive them around like I used to..

When someone walks into your office wanting to get financing to purchase a 300k home, and they work at Mr.T's car wash for $5.50 an hour and have no established credit record, that feel starts to tingle, doesn't it, Hannah ? It gets worse when it happens several times each week.
