Once again we have a Felon who was convicted multiple times in several states.  On a 6 year sentence, he got paroled in 2 years.

Nobody in America is safe until we stop "rehabilitating" criminals and letting them back into Society.

I just heard about this.  Everyone needs to be cautious about showing homes!

Fred, Sharon, I never forget the fact that real estate agents make their living meeting with complete strangers in empty houses. A formula for disaster, unless safety precautions are in place.

David Saks  Agents still continue to show homes to strangers and are encouraged to do Open Houses where stranger's lurk .Please your safety is more important

Safety is paramount, Hannah. Thanks.

David, we do our best to keep our agents safe with some safety checks in place and I think most here use a lot of common sense. It's unfortunate, but many here have conceal carry permits...women too for an added layer of protection.

David, This is a trajedy for sure.  It serves as a sad wake up call to our industry that we all need to be more careful and stop meeting people at houses on our first appointment with them because meeting at the office for the first appointment is a better way to go.

Hi David, it is sad, I hope she is a life. I pray for protection everyday...
