Good afternoon David Saks.  I watched your video and looked for a place to give it a thumbs up or comment.  If I could I'd wish upon a star that the negative real estate blah... blah would poof be gone and we'd all live happily ever after.

The government shutdown crisis has made it difficult to access important information about real estate crimes, John. Real estate professionals have a moral obligation to combat fraud. Could real estate be exploited in ways that we haven't seen because of the shutdown crisis ?

David, just wanted to say congrats on 5,000 posts.  Wow!  That is incredible, and I like how you bring fraud to the forefront.

Thanks, Noah. Just be careful and watch where you step. You might have to scrape some crap off of your heels like I've had to do on occasion around here, as well.

Thank you, Gabe. It is sad. The govt shutdown will make it worse.

Hope you're having a great day.
