You have good taste David.  May we all have a good nights rest and get restored for what treasures tomorrow may bring.

Goods taste, but clearly not a baseball fan, is Mr. Saks.

David,  I have to thank you for this.  We have the World Series on.. but I actually got my headphones out and listened to this ...  The Carpenters were amazing. Hope you have a great weekend.  Best,  Kathy

Thank you, Paul. It's, indeed, an honor to know our "man with the green thumb".

Not so, David, haha....I drive a red corvette and my high school mascot was a cardinal. :-)

Glad to hear from you.

Hi Kathy. Good music and good baseball are on my list (hear that Dave#2) :-) Hope you're having a great evening in beautiful LaQuinta. Always glad to hear from you.

Hello David......

Have always enjoyed the Carpenters, but this song was new to me.

Is there a problem with Copyright issues, by using the video on a public forum?

I am looking forward to listening to your radio show tonight.

Best wishes

Hi Rj. Glad to hear from you. I'm not aware of any specific restrictions as long as the host provides an embed code to display copywritten work on an outside site which indemnifies the user. Whenever I embed a video which is not one of my own I make the splash screen declaration that pops up, prior to posting, that the content is not mine and disqualify the point system. You can see the little yellow ball with the red x just above the comments and to the left that indicates that the point system for the post has been removed. Most of the crime reporting posts feature the yellow icon with the red x because they're press releases. Only once have I been requested to remove material, and that was by a real estate agent who was convicted of embezzling because I used her picture, which was posted all over the internet, without her permission along with the FBI press release. She's currently serving a rather long prison sentence. I removed her business photo, but I'm still looking for her mug shot because it's public record.
