  • Do you check out the neighborhood for your buyer ?
  • If not, maybe you should start.

It's rather naive to believe that sex offenders, drug dealers, meth labs, burglaries, robberies, auto thefts, home invasions, vandalisms, domestic violoence, identity theft, rape, arson, gun crimes and work-place violence only occur in low to middle class income regions.

Some of the worst crimes and offenses are committed in multi-million dollar high rises, on the grounds of some of America's most luxurious properties and neighborhoods, in fabulous gated communities and in grand condominium districts.exec crime

In 2002 the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Uniform Crime Report estimated that one crime was committed every 2.7 seconds in the United States. Property crimes were committed more frequently (one every 3.0 seconds) than violent crimes (one every 22.1 seconds).

You can imagine where that figure is at today due to the financial crises, the multitude of foreclosures, thousands of divorces that are being filed every business day because of financial deprivation and personal casualty, and catastrophic job loss.

court
The statistics are mind-boggling and the courts are over loaded.

  • Take some time to check out the neighborhood.
  • Treat your buyer like you would your own family and protect them.

I've included a short film about a really ticked off Memphis woman in a poor neighborhood for you, and it gets the point, and the diapers, across the fence.
