If Ignorance Is Bliss Stupidity Must Be a Virtue

There are lots of depressed real estate markets in America.  Don't deny it.

Millions are expected to receive new foreclosure notices.

Lot's of pay-option ARM's still exist.

There's little confidence in the secondary market and banks have to find creative ways to attract borrowers with low rates with a bunch of phony cheerleading and fake enthusiasm, along with cyber-hoolagansims, and billions of bits of object linking and embedding leading to fraudulent misrepresentations about housing revovery.

SAAR's (seasonally adjusted annual rates) from NAR suggest a boost in the economy with higher numbers for conventional sales.

Is Lawrence Yun's crystal ball cracked ?

Even though conventional sales are on the rise distressed sales numbers are declining, and so are the total sales numbers.

Who can you believe ?
