How to Shut Your Local, State and National Realtor Boards Down

NAR could put together a committe to determine whether or not there's a conspiracy to shut NAR down.

Even if no client-broker relationships have been established with NAR.

Only fees for dues and products have been paid.

The real estate brokerages of the United States can shut the National Association of Realtors down by terminating their relationship with NAR which includes the local, state and national realtor board.

NO REALTOR

Affiliate realtors will have to seek affiliation with NAR brokerages upon being notified of the termination of their current principal brokers status with NAR, resign or retire their license, or terminate their relationship with NAR and remain with their current broker unless some waivers or other devices are used to effectuate a transfer of the affiliate realtors status with a brokerage.

If the principal broker has terminated his or her brokerage relation, and has become unaffiliated, with NAR, and any agent that wished to remain with the firm has terminated his or her membership with NAR, if the former realtor affilliate wishes to recover a prorated refund of any membership dues or fees paid to NAR, the principal broker should reimburse any agent that remains with that unaffiliated brokerage a prorated refund of membership dues or fees paid to any realtor organization for which membership dues or fees had been paid in full at the time of the realtor affiliates termination of his or her membership with NAR.

In the movie "Love Story" Jenny tells Oliver that "Love means never having to say your sorry"

Terminating your relationship with NAR doesn't mean that you have to give up your license.

It might be interpreted that NAR's standards aren't good enough for you.

Is that one reason why hundreds of thousands have resigned from NAR ?
