What Kind of Property Would You Invest In ?

What kind of a place are you interested in investing in ?

Is it a rental house, a condominium, a resort property, a time share, place in the Ozarks or in the city ?

Do you want a big investment or a small one ? cabin

When you buy an investment property, in many cases the place is going to need renovation, repairs, a little tender loving care, and made ready for move-in condition before that first tenant check is in your hand.

Don't forget, while your fixing the place up you still have to make payments on the loan, and unless you have some reserves it might put a real strain on your resources.

Investment property can be a major responsibility, and a headache, so do your homework and make sure that your able to tackle the obligations that come with managing it.
